In August 2023, we enhanced our construction process with the Frana Companies Floor Plant. This facility, also located in Rosemount, produces floor and roof trusses and prefabricated floor sections exclusively for our clients’ projects. This addition to our prefabrication process benefits clients with higher quality materials as well as the ability to construct more square footage with less overall labor hours on site.
In a competitive housing labor market, where quality and competency are no longer quite as important, we assure our clients we will staff projects properly with skilled craftspeople who are concerned about the finished product, and can pre-build the walls, stairs, and floor sections in a controlled environment.
