This project gives back to its community in more ways than one. Not only did it create 41 deeply affordable homes for Minneapolis residents, but it also revived a sacred space for many of our community members. Historical renovations are always challenging—we have to preserve historic value, match millwork, and more—but seeing these two outcomes made this one especially rewarding. We’re proud to have been on a team that cares so deeply about serving our community. We hope residents and congregants will enjoy this new beautiful space for years to come.
