Ernestine Apartments brought 187 new, affordable homes to the Harrison neighborhood of Minneapolis. It is named after the mother of Pro Football Hall of Famer Carl Eller, whose message of love and hope in his 2004 Hall of Fame speech is etched into the building's foundation. Ernestine's amenities include a teen lounge, mail area and package room, community public plaza, fitness center, bicycle storage, a private conference room, and a covered parking garage.
