We opened the Frana Companies Floor Manufacturing Plant in fall 2023 to further expand our manufacturing capabilities to include trusses and prefabricated floors. However, this goal to enhance our construction process wasn’t straightforward. From start to finish, we closed on the land, completed construction, took occupancy, and started production for floor systems—all within nine months. Along the way, we also faced significant weather challenges and had to work to get our manufacturing equipment operational all while finalizing building construction.
