Within walking distance of Lake Bde Maka Ska, Waterbury House boasts both stunning views and high-end living. The design was inspired by the renowned Flatiron Building in Manhattan, and it includes classic, sophisticated design elements throughout. On the main floor there is Waterbury Restaurant which features a coffee bar, full cocktail bar, and full-service dining. Within the residence offerings, there is The Waterbury Club, a collection of elevated boutique facilities such as a golf simulator, fitness center, pool deck, yoga lawn, pet park and spa, and concierge.

As for the build itself, the narrow, triangular plot of land it sits on proved to be a challenge that we were readily prepared for.
